This winter, we were fortunate to have the wonderful Cecile come and take pictures of our cuisine in the ski chalets in Reberty, Les Menuires this winter! We have worked hard year after year on finding the very best chefs for you at Powder N Shine. We only employ highly qualified professional Chefs who have almost always worked in Fine Dining and/or Michelin-starred restaurants. Examples of some World-class restaurants previous (and current) Chefs have worked at are: The Fat Duck, Noma, The Kitchin, Petrus, The Ledbury, 21212 to name a few.
At Powder N Shine, food, along with service, is one of the most important factors in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience and provide the very best cuisine possible for everyone in the chalet.
