What you should expect on a daily basis whilst staying with Powder N Shine in our Reberty chalets…
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially when you are exerting all your energy on the pistes! As soon as you wake up you will smell the coffee brewing, the bacon in the oven, along with the croissants and pain au chocolat.
Your chalet chef (Francesca in Flocon des Neiges and Brendan in Le Chamois) will have prepared for you a superb array of fresh fruit, yoghurts with a variety of compotes and muesli, a selection of pastries, eggs and bacon, a daily special, juices and more. This will set you up well for your days skiing.
Your chalet team will be on hand to offer advice on the daily weather and where would be the best place to ski on that particular day. Two days a week you will also have the opportunity to have Steve or Richard guiding you around the mountain in terms of a ski host. This will give you a fantastic opportunity to visit some of the best slopes in Val Thorens and the entire Three valleys without getting lost!
Once you have your skis in hand and boots on, you will step outside and be literally on the piste in Reberty hence no walking or taking buses required!
Following your day on the slopes you will return back to the chalet and there will be freshly baked cakes, fresh fruit and tea and coffee for you. We also have fantastic spa facilities in the chalets, so why not relax your muscles in the jacuzzi or sauna to end the day.
Children who will be having an early, simpler supper will sit down for dinner at 6pm (5.30pm in Dec, Jan and Feb) and will all be fed and watered just in time for your daily aperitifs and canapés!
As the evening progresses, you will be served an aperitif of your choice with a selection of handmade canapés. Following on from this your chalet team will be serving you a mouth-watering, 4-course evening meal and you will also be served a selection of handpicked wines which complement the evening meal.
You may want to head into Val Thorens to enjoy the nightlife which is slightly more wild than in Reberty!
