Powder N Shine provide catered chalet ski holidays in Reberty, Les Menuires.
We are as passionate about food as we are skiing! We aim to provide the highest level of catering for your stay with us, offering a variety of dishes, from traditional British cuisine through selected global food to French regional classics. All of our food is home-made, and we also have a special children’s menu.
Both owners of Powder N Shine, Steve and Francesca, will be running the chalets themselves with a small team in each to ensure that you receive the best possible service. Francesca will be your chalet chef in Flocon des Neiges and Steve will be one of the hosts in Le Chamois! Francesca has been cooking for years, and loves to create exceptional dishes for all to enjoy. Le Chamois is fortunate enough to have a fantastic chef Brendan Pratt who has trained in some of the best restaurants including The Fat Duck, The Waterside Inn (both 3* Michelin) and The Ritz London.
We believe that it is important to use produce from the local area and we are proud to have forged relationships with some of the best suppliers in the area who provide us with the highest quality produce.
